Welcome

Thank you for your interest in Lancaster Country Day School. We strive for an environment that encourages the growth and well-being of each student and an appreciation of the world around us. The Lancaster Country Day School community benefits from a balance of economic, racial and geographic diversity. The best way to experience our School is through a visit to our campus. The Admission office can arrange that visit when you are ready.

We have the pleasure of introducing our School to hundreds of families every year. Our office has the responsibility of conducting the admission process in a fair and equitable manner with the goal of selecting applicants who have the potential to be successful in this rigorous yet supportive, college preparatory curriculum and who will become excellent citizens in our community, as they prepare for life beyond graduation.

When a school combines bright students who are interested and ready to learn, cooperative parents who support the learning process at home, and excellent teachers who love what they do, magical things happen. Lancaster Country Day School is fortunate to have created such an environment and we hope that every new enrollment only adds to this special community.

LCDS does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, or disability that is unrelated to the ability to participate and enjoy the benefits of the school's programs, facilities, or services. All persons are encouraged to apply.
